A governing body of Keralite expats under the ownership of Mr Pallikkal Chalil Moidu has run the institution Since 2010. The governing body appoints an educational body, viz. School Management Committee (SMC) to maintain quality education by guiding the School Leadership and streamlining the general policies. In the commercialized global educational structure, The SMC tries to provide state-of-the-art facilities with a reasonable fee structure. The body insists on including the value-based educational philosophy in its running curriculum.
